1. Service Description
A.T.T.E. & Discovery Lda organizes outdoor experiences including hiking, e-MTB bicycle rental, Side by Side Vehicle (SSV) rental, motorbikes, etc., organizing experiences for customers interested in recreational activities.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. Customers can make pre-bookings using the form on the website or by contacting the company directly.
2.2. Payment can be made on site or under other conditions agreed between the customer and A.T.T.E. & Discovery Lda, according to the options offered for each experience.
2.3. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of reservation and are specified during the reservation process.
3. Use and Security Policies
3.1. Customers must comply with all safety rules established by the company, including the mandatory use of protective equipment when applicable.
3.2. Customers must follow local traffic laws and regulations when using bicycles, motorbikes, SSV or when participating in hiking. Tours take place on roads or paths open to traffic, so current traffic rules must be scrupulously respected.
3.3. Age restrictions and other specific requirements apply to some experiences and will be communicated to customers.
3.4 Before starting any experience, the customer will have a Briefing where they will be informed about the points to consider in terms of conduct, general rental conditions, advice and sanctions, and will also be informed of the legal contractual part.
4. Liability and Disclaimer
4.1. To carry out our activity and protect our clients, we have all the necessary and mandatory insurance for the practice of different experiences, particularly in terms of civil liability and personal accidents.
4.2. In addition to the Briefing, customers must agree to the General Rental Conditions where they recognize the risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to take full responsibility for their safety.
4.3. A.T.T.E. & Discovery Lda is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage or loss of property while participating in activities.
4.4. Resource Abandonment Commitment: Customers agree to release A.T.T.E. & Discovery Lda from any liability arising from the use of the services.

6. Information provided on the Website
