Overview

After leaving the ATTE facilities towards north for 7 kms on asphalt we enter rolling and very nice gravel tracks direction north/northeast till we reach the highest pount of the tour, Malhão at about 500 m altitude, famous for the arrival of one of the queen stages of the tour of the Algarve by Bicycle, a competition included in the European Tour and also known for the buddhist temple that exists there.

Afterwords we prossigue on fantastic and fast tracks all the way to ameixial on the outskirtings of the algarve region and a litke further taking some commonly used tracks from the Algarve TT Baja, before crossing the “Vascão” river and turn South on the direction of the village of Cortelha where we arrive with aprox. 80 kms and we take the chance to refuell the vehicles, and recharge our own “batteries” with a wonderfull lunch in a typical traditional restaurant.

In the afternoon we will continue on very mixedtypes of tracks for another 40 kms, first direction east and then after “Barranco do Velho” towards West to begin the return to Benafim. We will pass close to the lunch place again, but now on faster tracks to enjoy real rally tracks until the small village of "Mesquita” where we again go trough more technical and much harder tracks untill around km 120 when we finish our experience right at the center of Benafim and by ATTE workshop.

Equipments:

Our Yamaha Wolverine Rmax 1000, with brand new 2 cylinder engines with 999 cc, fantastic wide range Fox suspensions and fully automatic 4x4 transmission provide an easy and comfortable ride for a family or group of friends to explore off-road in style

600€ (2 pax included). Additional passenger 75€ up to 4/SSV (YAMAHA WOLVERINE RMAX4).

- We recommend comfortable clothing, preferably sporty and appropriate to the season. Don't forget that our buggies are completely open and do not have a windshield, so even on the hottest days, a windproof jacket is always recommended. Our SSV's are by law limited to 60 km/h, which we assure are sufficient to provide true TT sensations on the tracks we choose, and have all the mandatory safety systems, namely restraint belts in all seats, with no mandatory helmet use. We can, however, provide a helmet at no additional cost to any of our guests who wishes. We also have simple protective glasses available, which we also recommend using, or sunglasses, as well as disposable surgical masks to reduce the effects of dust.
