MTB_4 - Benafim Sarnadas Águas Frias Algarve

Starting at ATTE facilities we exit direction East/North for aprox.6 kms when we pass the Pena Mills, an area with a stunning view to the South and where on cleaner days we can see the ocean. We will then enter a private property, Qtª do Freixo, where we will enjoy rolling tracks until we cross the asphalt at km 11 to continue through very mixed tracks to the village of Sarnadas where we will head west, passing at km 18 through the very small village "João Andrez". After a few more kms on rolling tracks, we cross the asphalt again at km 21 to start more complicated climbs on much harder tracks.

We will then take on much more rolling tracks again to begin to turn east and north until we reach the villages of "Aguas Frias" so then we climb back again, always on very technical, but rolling tracks until we arrive at Sarnadas again at km 41.

We then turn now to the south and after a more technical loop, we will take the direction of Benafim again, where at km 48 we will enter the tracks or complementary ones of via algarvia gr 13 to head  direction of alte where we will pass about 54 kms into our tour to definitely take the direction of ATTE in Benafim to East on rolling tracks, arriving with almost 70 kms covered.
